Susan is a Professor of Marketing at Ferris State University and an adjunct instructor in the WVU IMC Master’s Degree Program, where she recently received the 2010 Alexia Vanides Award Teaching Award. Susan is also the principal of Susan K. Jones & Associates, a consultancy focused on direct and interactive marketing and copywriting. She has authored, co-authored or edited 30 books in the fields of direct and interactive marketing, collectibles and time management. She is a member of the Medill School of Journalism Hall of Achievement at Northwestern University, winner of the Charles S. Downs Award of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (direct marketer of the year), the Robert Clarke Award (Professor of the Year) from the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation, and the Andi Emerson Award of the John Caples International Awards for contributions to the creative community.
