The co-founder, who is about to turn 94 years old, spoke to guests the other night. After growing a small shack in a quiet Mexican town into a world-class resort over 76 years, you’d think she’d be happy to bask in her success.

Not a chance. She told us she is an avid exerciser and reader, and has created a full set of ambitious goals for herself this coming year. Furthermore, she’s about to embark on her fourth career–as a public speaker.

Many of us stop and rest on our laurels, congratulating ourselves on how far we’ve come–instead of looking at how we can continually reinvent ourselves to achieve even greater success.
